A Place to Grow Capital Campaign:

A supportive living community for individuals with development disabilites

Support Our Expansion: Supportive Housing at Westonwood Ranch Breaking Ground in Spring 2026

Building Homes. Creating Stability. Expanding Opportunity.

Westonwood Ranch is expanding to meet a growing and urgent need: safe, supportive housing for adults with developmental disabilities who deserve stability, dignity, and a meaningful place to call home.

Our expansion will allow us to create intentional, purpose-driven housing integrated into the daily life of the ranch—where residents are supported, not isolated; empowered, not limited.

Why Supportive Housing Matters

Across the country, adults with developmental disabilities face:

  • Long waiting lists for appropriate housing

  • Limited opportunities for independence

  • Aging caregivers with few long-term options

Supportive housing at Westonwood Ranch addresses these challenges by combining:

  • Safe, accessible homes

  • On-site supports tailored to individual needs

  • Daily opportunities for work, learning, and community connection

This is more than housing—it’s a pathway to independence and belonging.

Our Vision for Supportive Housing at Westonwood

The Westonwood Ranch supportive housing model is designed to be:

✔ Person-Centered
Each resident receives individualized supports that respect autonomy, choice, and personal goals.

✔ Integrated with Purposeful Work
Residents have access to meaningful vocational opportunities through ranch operations, aquaponics, and future certification programs.

✔ Rooted in Evidence-Based Practices
Supports are guided by the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

✔ Community-Focused
Residents live as part of a supportive community—not in isolation—with opportunities for social connection and growth.
