Westonwood Ranch, Inc is actively hiring FULL TIME/ PART TIME Social Skills Instructors for our holistic, farm -based educational program located in Freeport, Florida. Our unique program, with its emphasis on hands on learning approach and creative intervention strategies, needs a flexible, team-oriented person who values collaboration, continuous learning opportunities, and keeping the individual's needs and goals at the center of everything we do. As a valued member of Westonwood Ranch, you will be responsible for ensuring that individualized supports and services are designed and provided to build on an individual’s strengths, interests and needs, and assist individuals with developmental disabilities in becoming full participants in community life by means of advocacy and education directed toward independent, productive lives in our community.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Don't have your RBT Certification? No problem! We will train and help prepare you for the test PLUS pay you through training

• Be able to pass a Level 2 Background Screening & Drug Screening

• Must obtain and maintain BLS/CPR Certification

• Lifting up to 50lbs and/or participating in continuous/strenuous indoor and outdoor activities for 4 hours or more

• Previous experience working with teens and young adults with developmental differences highly preferred
